Lake Country Estates is a manufactured housing Community established in 1971 by William and Lola Schott. In 1975 Paul and Lois Wilson purchased the community then set up to accomodate 125 units. By 1999 the community had expanded to 225 units and was purchased by thier son, Paul Wilson and his wife Susan Wilson. In the spring of 2000, 2 additional units were added bringing the park to a total of 227 units available for residents. In 2010 one unit was revised to accomodate a 9 unit self storage building. Allowing residents in need of extra space the option of convenient self storage close to home.
